Buses are always late. They make you wait. There is no normal service. when leaving chicago to memphis, the bus was late by 2 hours. because of which I had to rebook the tickets again. in memphis the bus was late again by more than an hour, because of which I had to rebook the tickets again... as a result, from the 20-hour trip that I was supposed to have, my trip turned into two days... they were not even going to return the money... this is not a carrier but just a scammer and a fraudster. everything for the sake of money and not for passengers. I do not recommend this company at all. I real
