Awful company allowed me to sign up for personal training and then violated the legal agreement and blamed it on me. Did not allow me to recover my “100% satisfaction guarantee“ and when I asked the manager to connect me with their boss I was completely ignored. I am extremely disappointed that they are so eager to get their fees and payments and don’t at all care about the customer after that. They even promised me detailed meal plans and personal support during my overpriced personal training month plan which they also didn’t deliver or care about when I brought it up.
