In theory, this is a great app. I love being able to view all my Pokémon from anywhere. The GTS and surprise trades are great, and offers something to actually do with the mobile version of the app. However, the app can be incredibly buggy at times compared to its switch counterpart. It will freeze and simply not respond to any commands, although the background music and animations keep playing. The user interface can also be annoying and confusing, there are things you can click on that change the metrics or other things on screen, but they do not explain what exactly they did.
