I order from 2 different restaurants, I payed 60£ and no food arrived at my door even in the app the person who makes the delivers marked as “delivered”. I tried to contact suport and they said they tried to contact me for mor details about adress, when actually nobody tried to do this. And in the end, they said they cant refund me or bring my food, so i am still hungry and scamed with 60£. After that they closed the chat without giving me the right to reply.. Worst worst worst!!!!
