I payed for 12 lessons and used 2. I then wanted to transfer to another tutor. When my renewal date came along I had 10 unscheduled lessons which suddenly disappeared. When asked about it they said it “expired” and refuse to refund me the money. Their teachers are good but I would pay for one lesson at a time. Don’t subscribe. Their subscription model is completely backwards.
