This app is so slow, the people working on it are not doing their job. I don't have access to my account, I can't even delete it cause they failed to verify me and I can't do anything.

I requested a ride and the driver never picked me up. He drove right past me. The app was showing that I was actually getting to my destination even though I wasn't even in the car. And the only option I had was to choose "Cancel trip" and they charged me money for a ride I didn't get. The issue was not solved to this very moment, I can't reach them via phone or mail or customer support in the app. I've made lots of help requests in the app and they do not answer to me. I will never use their services again.
