Door dash is a great service, however I have had issues two days in a row. The first issue wasn’t the drivers fault- the restaurant didn’t package the food properly and we got the wrong food- however neither the driver, nor the restaurant seemed to know how to fix the issue. It was nearly 30 minutes after getting the wrong order, which was now cold,when the issue was resolved. DoorDash gave me a credit despite it not being the drivers fault- as he didn’t package the food. Today I tried to redeem the credit and ordered some delivery to my work.
