It seems like everytime i make a support request every customer service agent makes up different rules. some help way more than others by offering actual help instead of saying “we appreciate youre understanding” after offering no help. then they just made it to where there’s a max deposit but when i ask what the max deposit is there’s no “set maximum” just ai that reviews your account and puts a hold on deposits. it seems like they try new stuff without testing it because this isn’t this first time they’ve added something that didn’t work just for them to remove it in the future. the best upd
