This app has a serious flaw. Since I purchased this app, I’ve had two bikes, stolen and multiple packages. Initially, I thought it was a user error because the first time I let the device die. I thought that was my fault. The second time I thought maybe it was due to the device placement because for some reason I have dozens, if not, hundreds of alerts throughout the day but somehow the moment someone stole my bike there was no there footage. Now just today after all my trials and tribulations I had my bike stolen once again. I go to the app after all my training I thought for sure the placeme
