On august 17th I was supposed to get on a bus at 2pm from Lafayette to Chicago but when the bus arrived the driver claimed that a different bus broke down at the stop before ours and that he had picked up all of those passengers so there was no longer any room on the bus for me or the other passengers waiting at the stop with me. He then left without telling us when or if another bus would be coming to pick us up.
