Terrible experience with this courier service. Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive, making it almost impossible to get clear information about my delivery. The driver was rude and unprofessional, even taking personal breaks during the delivery, which delayed the drop-off. To make matters worse, I was still charged waiting time fees for delays that were clearly caused by the driver. Very unfair and extremely disappointing service.
