I pay for a subscription, but still have to pay extra service fees, tips and other charges, while getting almost no real benefits. Deliveries are often late, couriers sometimes can’t find the address, and support doesn’t properly resolve issues or compensate incomplete orders. I even had a case where the app glitched, I paid the courier in cash, and the card was charged as well - support never resolved it. At this point, it’s unclear what exactly I’m paying for.
