Payment approved but app still on free subscription
I paid for a 100 gb plan and was charged but it still indicates that i am on a free plan hence I cannot use my outlook not sync my files. what are your tech support doing? i have lodged several tickets but to no avail. i hope you can rectify this soon or refund my payment. otherwise, i will lodge a complaint in my forum jurisdiction.
