Update: I’ve been using this app for years now and it is fantastic! I have sleep issues and having an app log my sleep helps a lot. I’m able to show my doctor how my sleep is going. I recommend this app 100%! I went through so many sleep apps before I found this one. I’ve been using it for years and have never been disappointed. There’s so much information and options!! Best part of all is that they don’t charge a subscription which I hate that pretty much everyone does now. I use it with my Apple Watch every night to monitor my sleep for health issues. You’re able to then export it as a pdf
