Probably the worst customer service in the Middle East. If they deduct your money in advance and your ride is not available, they take ages to respond to your plea. And refund is a far cry. I had such a case and they ultimately blocked my account after a series of automated responses to my grievances. Honestly, Careem is ages behind Uber.
