I never activated my premium subscription because according to the sketchy support, I had signed up through the website and not through the app. The app therefore doesn’t show me any premium content and still asks me to subscribe. I asked for a refund for a subscription that had been charged twice but never activated - same as everyone else, they can’t possibly give a refund, even for a product they can see I have never been able to consume. I didn’t even know I had signed up for the premium subscription until I saw the charges. Avoid giving these people your payment details. Sketchy AF. If
