Best Weight Loss App
I know it says it’s a calorie counter, but it’s more like a weight loss app. I have lost over 25 pounds using this app. I log everything I eat. And if the app doesn’t have what you are eating, you can add it. You can log everything that you eat. Because I did this, I lost around 25 pounds. I’m in jeans that I wore before I had children and I feel so much healthier. Even on the days where I ate everything in sight, I still logged it. It’s not about shaming yourself. It’s about what you actually eat. I had to stop with the shaming and start with the logging. And when I did that I started losing
