I really had bad experience, I ordered driver and note that I had rapture of my ankle and cant stand long or move ; then the driver arrived(as the app tells on the map) so didn’t see him and called him didn’t answer then the trip cancelled and you charged me on my credit card, I am sure the reason why the driver did this is because I payed using card instead of cash This is not professional and why driver didn’t come and do this fraud and I am the one get charged !! All of this when I have injury and customer service not working at all

The story is great and interesting but need more lines for Katherine with oustin , but you should decrease stars needed for missions
