The online AND the app never work. Not everyone has a lifestyle where they can get to the bank during its working hours on a daily basis. If I have a bill to pay but I can’t because of the app or online being faulty then I’m going to received an outrages late fee because of it. I just updated my app a week ago to its STILL latest software and every day since I’ve been trying to make a transfer but every time I click it the app freezes. Finally after a week I uninstalled the app to download it again and now it won’t download to my phone. So then I go online to do it but it says I can’t log in
