Near expire from Chatham Deliveroo
Very disappointed with my recent order. I received an olive oil that is expiring on 23 May, which is very soon for a food product delivered today. Customers expect fresh items when ordering online, not products that are close to expiry.
I contacted customer service requesting a refund or exchange, but they refused to help. This is not acceptable service and shows poor quality control.
The app should clearly inform customers if a product has a short expiry date before selling it. I hope the company improves their service so other customers do not face the same issue.
