Happened in Peru: I made an order and got delivered something completely different. Opened a chat with a support, after confirming I got wrong item with a photo and description they just returned me 2/3 of the price of the item, and nothing for delivery, not caring that I cannot have what they delivered due to health. And closed the support chat. Case was closed for them, I ended up with something I cannot have, and if I want order new I’d have to pay again full price (as I said, they returned only 2/3 of the price of item, not price for delivery!) + again delivery fee Worst customer support
