I have been purchasing something from Amazon I have never received the package on the Amazon tracking page say the package has been lost and after now 8 days the customer service refuse to refund my money and they just close the chat when I try to claim my money. Amazon in a fee years managed to go from a reliable company into an online Scam…..

Both cards blocked without any reason or notification even,when I contact customer support they reply: “ we do not know why they are blocked we need 48 hours to find out” ….. …… and the below reply by wise is a plain lie to add to the terrible service they did not even read my review, customer support could not unfreeze the card and did not even know why it has been bloked in the first place…again customer support was NOT ABLE TO UNFREEZE THE CARD OR EVEN KNOW WHY THEY FROZE IT!
