I’ve charged my prepay number with 6€ and because of their technical issues my number wasn’t changed. Then, I’ve asked the support team via phone and chat many times to ask we to my bank and refund the money, they just charged my balance and ignored me. Their customer support is very poor, they doesn’t respect anyone!!! (From a person who has a subscription).
