I have never experienced an app as bad as this. Have to download a new version multiple times. Had to follow very specific directions to change password on the browser before attempting to download new app. Constant missteps and they passed the pain of migrating to a new system on to the customers when they clearly weren’t ready. Points earned are missing. These points can pay for items in their store.
