After waiting 3 weeks without receiving my film after shipping it to them, I reached out and asked why it was delayed. They insist that they never received my film even though USPS shows and confirmed it was delivered. The film I sent the be developed had many pictures of my engagement and travels abroad with my fiancé, pictures that I will never be able to get back. I am heart broken and distraught, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. Pictures are gone forever. Don’t waste your money just to lose your film.
