My girlfriend had this app, and I had tried some other ones, but never could make myself use them on a regular basis. We share each other’s clock thingy, I think they call it, the round dial every morning, and it helps us to know a little bit about how the other one slept. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up, and helps her and I connect and communicate and stay on top of each other’s health, and trends that might affect our sleep. One thing I have determined.
