I used this app many times without incident and used to recommend it to others. Never again! They had a “service outage” and lost an important recording. What’s almost as bad is the customer service was terrible— no way to contact them except through a chat app, and then when I finally got an email and shared the details of the issue, they didn’t reply again until the next day. Will never use this app again now that I know it’s totally unreliable and may fail again at any time.
