MapOut is great application for organizing .gpx routes. You can create, view, adjust, edit metadata & share trails between friends as .gpx files. Depending on how many routes you have, organizing can be timing but, all can be done from your mobile device, without cell coverage. Last update provided color options for categorizing routes (good) & setting parameters for walking or cycling route creation (still basic). Two shortcomings for this app are the limited POI to view & search in map which affects a new route creation when you only know the name (not the location) of start/finish on the
