Terrible app, slow and completely NOT user friendly. During check-in, one needs to enter again all passengers’ details and cannot go back one step, without cancelling the entire check-in process and starting all over again. Lufthansa please join us in 2024 and make an app that works decently, the current one is an insult to your customers
