They charge 10 euros if you forgot something in the taxi and they won’t give the drivers contact unless you pay. Customer service no existent. Just a chat bot giving the same answer over and over.

The app has some issues. But the biggest one is that the ads are so annoying..!! When you tap on a station it opens a full screen pop up that doesn’t have a close button to prevent you from closing for quite some time. When the button appears and you tap to close, you are directed at a product page! Meanwhile you can not change stations etc. I deleted the app after a month.
