Game was good and relieving. Customer service replied quickly but didn't solve my problem. And they blamed on me saying their system detected it's my fault (I just played the game normally) and nothing they could do. I couldn't get my money or my time back. Whatever I said doesn't matter because they got all the rights. If I don't want to go to court etc I might as well just accept their accuse. You know how it's not your fault but you can't prove it? This is the uncomfortable feeling this game has left me. Never play games of this company again.
