App will not move passed the purchase screen after being charged twice for a yearly subscription. Clicking Already Purchased does not work either. Update: about ten messages later, no response from their support. Apple can’t refund all the charges either. Awful. Second update: still no response from their support. Messages and screenshots sent 4 times. Charged 3 times. App only works not that I went back to the old subscription. Still out of a lot of money.
