I was able to solve the case. The app scanned documents fine. That’s the good news. … When I restart the app, it plays the intro video again every time. It has very aggravating tips that pop up when you don’t want them. Any time something on the screen happens, like tips, you have to take the phone out of the headset again to deal with it, so I was constantly in and out with the phone and starting over. The phone didn’t want to read the map well, and I couldn’t see the map right because I couldn’t get binocular vision on it. The loading circle was off to the side somewhere. (I have amblyopia b
