The app it’s self is easy to use. But the customer service really useless, the reservations really bed. Try to book through this app, arriving to hotel and they just did not have the reservation and didn’t even have the room available. Never ever again I will use Agoda at all. Try to call customer service it rings 20 minutes and nothing. Blee
