I’ve been using MyDyson with my 2018 air purifier over WiFi with no problem for years. I want to update its WiFi settings, but it fails. I can pair to its SSID and it is discovered by the app, but then can’t get past the next step. Starting over, I used my camera to take a picture of its serial number, and then the app claims my machine—that has been working with the app for years— isn’t compatible. That’s wrong. If I can pair with my machine, why can’t I give it new SSID info? Sloppy. There should be a way to give my machine new network settings. Why buy more Dyson products if they
