Innocent users get banned. Zero customer support. Vinted banned my account based on false accusations of selling a replica. I tried to provide all required proof of authenticity, but they simply do not care. You cannot reach a human, only getting spammed with useless automated bot replies. Honest sellers are treated like scammers with no way to appeal. Total waste of time! Disgraceful service.😡
