Love asos clothes, been a customer for years. This is simply a warning to shoppers that there is a flaw in the the website checkout process that I discovered when buying a dress that wasn’t marked final sale until AFTER the order was placed. I contacted customer service through chat and email and after ALOT of time spent (including proof submitted) they refused to help me. Sad because the item was only $29 when I bought it and had subsequently been raised to $70, so they could’ve kept me happy by simply providing a return label and still supported their bottom line by reselling the unused i
