Can't register with real rewards. Is it because I'm in Canada? I can't select a state because only u.s. States are listed, even though I can choose Canada in the country pull down.

Allow me to open the app using Facebook as a page so I can go directly to the page I use rather than opening to the main fb page. Menus disappear too quickly, sometimes they go before I can click on the item I want.
