Generally speaking this app and their services are pretty reliable and I’ve come to depend on it quite a bit. It’s very useful for keeping track of my pets and the GPS is fairly consistent. Unfortunately, the devices themselves do not last their full lifespan… I’ve had to replace several of them within a year of use even though the warranty lasts two years. While they do have a warranty, getting them to actually replace the device is quite a task. They require videos that show that the device not working, which is fine, but then on top of that they expect you to pay the shipping cost to return
