What is this third party company? It has so many bugs and won’t allow me to sign in to retrieve my tickets. I purchased my tickets from “Vivid Seats” like I always do and now I’m being sent to retrieve my tickets through this weird, 3rd party, glitchy app that I really didn’t want to download, and it has so many issues with it. It very complicated and frustrating. I only hope I can get my tickets in time. Please, please someone help me get my tickets in time for the show. I do not like this format and forcing people to download yet another app to download their tickets. This seems very strange
