I had two accounts on here I spent a total of 400$ dollars or probably more on those accounts just to get them disabled by this app I was wondering what I did wrong but unfortunately they customer service is not good as it is IMVU just makes money off people like me and just disabled or permanently banned our accs just like that without warning or I haven’t even got a email I checked spam, and my whole inbox IMVU if your seeing this please fix my issue

Hello Snapchat, 6 months ago I got ip banned for nothing and think I have been hacked because I have been following the rules and have always been scared to get banned I tried to reach you guys out but y’all didn’t answer you guys didn’t have a update to unbanned that’s just uncool
