Booked a scheduled Bolt ride 3 days in advance because driver availability in our city is already a known problem. At the exact moment I was supposed to leave for a hospital appointment, Bolt suddenly informed me they “couldn’t find a driver.” Apparently, “scheduled rides” do not actually reserve or secure a driver in advance — Bolt only starts looking at pickup time. Completely misleading feature and extremely unreliable service, especially for important trips. If scheduled rides are not guaranteed, customers should be clearly warned about that before relying on them.
