I joined over a year ago, lost directions and have never been able to get customer service for help nor access any of the testing products. I was in auto pay in addition to the sign up cost. Have not received any response other than automated NO-SERVICE. Which now recommends the app and CHAT. Disgusted there is no personal service.

This app is for iPads and it won’t go to landscape. Why bother? So annoying I have to do the work around this app. Brilliant you guys!
