I was so looking forward to this publication — only to find that the app isn’t ready for prime time (in the U.S. anyway). Only two (out of approximately two dozen) attempts at reading from an issue have succeeded, because the pages won’t load properly: they’re variously . . . cut off in the middle, stretched out and unreadable, unscrollable, or simply blacked out. And there’s no help/support easily available even at the magazine’s website (nary a support mention). So I’ve asked for a full refund
