I’ve been using Airbnb for sometime, although just a few times a year each year. I’ve always loved the product and the flexibility it offers to travelers. I also think that the app is well designed and easy to navigate. However, a problem with the rating system has surfaced in recent years that now discourages me from engaging with Airbnb and makes me more likely to book at a hotel.
