Can you stop refreshing my feed automatically and sending notifications about people I don’t know and don’t make sense to me?

The desktop application is really bad, but for iPadOS 26 and iOS 26 it's really bad and also too limited. I can't send or view plain text/code. When I have a call in progress and minimise it or go to chats, the call window disappears completely and I cannot access it again.
