this app it fairly accurate! I counted my heart rate for 1min, which was 82. Then right after did the app, showed up at 81/80. I’d say it’s pretty accurate and worth trying out if you are concerned about your heart rate and want to know and be able to check what it is. For me I have health anxiety, and my heart is a number one stressor, so being able to take it on my phone helps a lot and know that it’s normal range and not super high or low.
