I’ve been addicted for nearly 6 years- I’m on patches (step 1) but I’ve dropped the vape. My lungs haven’t inhaled anything in a few days, which has been very hard. There is a very strong addiction with hand to mouth, needing to have a vape near me/in my hand. I’m cutting this addiction out first, then the nicotine.
