I used to enjoy using Video Star, but the app has become extremely frustrating. Every time I try to log in, it gives me the “Exceeded the number of Devices” error, even after not using it for three months. I tried to renew my subscription, thinking the issue would resolve itself, but the same message popped up again. To make things worse, my account was previously suspended just because I requested a refund. There’s no clear explanation, no warning, and no easy way to reach support or manage devices. It feels like once you have any kind of issue with your subscription, you’re stuck in a loop
