I used to love ELSA Speak and had been using it consistently at a C1 level. The previous version was clear, structured, and actually helpful. The new version is a mess. The AI coach gives confusing instructions, the feedback is vague, and worse, it often doesn’t understand me correctly anymore, which was never an issue before. This feels like a step backward, not an improvement. The app has lost what made it valuable: precise and reliable pronunciation feedback. I’m cancelling my subscription because it no longer delivers value.

Deserves 0 stars. I was charged even though I cancelled my trial, and they refused to refund me.
